Refund Policy


As each monthly subscription box is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for these. If anything has been damaged in transit or anything is missing please let us know as soon as possible, by emailing and we will do our very best to help.

And don't forget you are able to skip a month. We announce each kit project around the middle of each month; if that month’s project doesn’t appeal, or you will be away, just let us know by the 28th of the month and we’ll skip that one for you and refund the payment if you’ve paid already. You can skip up to 3 kits in any 12 month period.

You can also cancel your subscription at any time; once you cancel, no further payments will be taken. You’ll find more information here.

I'm afraid we currently don't offer refunds on gift vouchers at this time


Each box is carefully packed by hand, using protective packaging. 

Occasionally items do become damaged in transit which is out of our control. If this happens please email us straight away, supplying as much detail as possible along with images of the damage. We will then do our very best to rectify the situation. 

Likewise, if there is a missing item please send us an email straight away, supplying as much detail as possible and listing the items you have received. This will help us identify the missing items. We can then look into getting a replacement item sent out to you.
